Non-Medical Transportation
Rides to work, day programs, school, appointments, and errands — per-trip or per-mile rates available.
Adult Day Support
Community connection, life skills, and personal care for adults on IO, Level One, and SELF waivers.
Vocational Habilitation
Pre-employment skills — attention to task, problem solving, workplace conduct, and communication.
Shared Living
Adults with developmental disabilities live with a family member or caregiver who provides daily support.

Our team meets each person where they are — whether that's finding reliable transportation to work, helping with healthy meals at home, or building skills for independent living. We're based in Eastlake and serve families across Ohio.
