Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 24, 2025

This Privacy Policy explains how Beloveit Care Agency ("Beloveit Care," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you visit our website or contact us — including by phone, email, or text message. Please read it carefully. If you have questions, reach out to us using the contact information at the bottom of this page.

Note: This policy is a template provided for informational purposes. We recommend that it be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before relying on it in a production environment.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Contact information — name, phone number, email address, and mailing address when you fill out a form, call us, or contact us by text.
  • Service inquiry details — information about the type of care or services you are seeking, and other details you choose to share.
  • Employment application data — résumé information, work history, and other details submitted through our careers page.
  • Usage data — basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) collected automatically when you visit our website. We do not currently use third-party analytics that track you across other sites.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to questions, service inquiries, and referrals.
  • Contact you about care services, scheduling, and follow-up communication.
  • Process employment applications.
  • Send appointment reminders or service-related updates via text message (only if you have opted in — see Section 3).
  • Improve our website and operations.

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Disclosures

Beloveit Care uses SMS/text messaging to communicate with clients, families, and prospective clients who have provided a mobile phone number and opted in to receive text messages from us.

  • Consent and opt-in: By providing your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive texts (for example, by checking an opt-in box on our website forms or verbally consenting during a phone call), you consent to receive text messages from Beloveit Care at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of receiving any service.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive texts related to appointment confirmations, service updates, or responses to your inquiries. We will not send unsolicited promotional messages.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to texts you send or receive.
  • Opt-out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text we send. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and then no further texts unless you opt back in.
  • Help: Reply HELP to any text message for assistance, or contact us directly at (216) 910-4040 or info@beloveitcare.com.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service delivery: We may share information with county boards, Support Service Administrators (SSAs), or partner providers when necessary to coordinate your care, and only with your knowledge.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of individuals.
  • Business operations: We may use trusted vendors (such as form or communication platforms) who process data on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it.

Mobile opt-in and consent to receive SMS messages will never be shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical steps to protect the information you provide. However, no data transmission over the internet or mobile network is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information you send us, but we work to protect it to the best of our ability.

6. Your Choices

You have the following choices regarding your information:

  • Opt out of texts: Reply STOP at any time (see Section 3).
  • Update or correct information: Contact us and we will do our best to update or correct your information in our records.
  • Request deletion: You may ask us to delete personal information we hold about you. We will honor such requests to the extent we are not required to retain the information by law or for legitimate business purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.

When we provide services for minors (such as youth with disabilities), information is collected from parents, legal guardians, or authorized representatives in accordance with applicable laws and care coordination requirements.

8. Links to Other Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party sites (such as DODD or county resources). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.
